We’ll start with an initial assessment of your current wellness using some of the most powerful technologies known today—including many new technologies that are just now becoming available.
We’ll employ the powerfully predictive screening tool, Heart Rate Variability Analysis (HRV)—a strong prognostic indicator of cardiac condition, fitness, stress levels, aging, health risk levels, chronic disease condition and more. HRV will provide our first look at your overall health. Its state-of-the-art computer algorithms deliver the most progressive, accurate and scientifically validated personal health and wellness assessment available today.
This sophisticated HRV analysis will not only assess your current fitness levels, it will also give us a read on your cardiac condition, stress, fatigue and energy levels. In the last ten years, more than 2000 published articles have been written about the benefits and uses of HRV.
Heart Rate Variability Analysis will show you in simple, understandable feedback:
• Your overall heart health, including indicators of future concerns
• The current state of your autonomic (non-voluntary) nervous system, including how well it’s controlling your body’s systems and organs
