1. Consent for Collection, Use and Disclosure

Your use of this site and/or your registration for Callahan Techniques, Ltd. products and services constitute your consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use this site.

Callahan Techniques, Ltd. may occasionally update this Privacy Policy. When it does, Callahan Techniques, Ltd. will also revise the last update date at the top of this Privacy Policy. Please note that, if you do, Callahan Techniques, Ltd. may suspend its provision of products and services to you. When you unsubscribe, if you fall within the guarantee period for any Callahan Techniques, Ltd. product and you request a refund, the guarantee will be honored.

2. Accountability

Callahan Techniques, Ltd. collects, at the time of your registration and your sign-on to its web site, certain personal information (information that personally identifies you) including but not limited to your name, email address, home or work address, telephone number, and information about your computer hardware and software (e.g., IP address, operating system, browser type, domain name, URL, access times, and referring web site addresses).

Callahan Techniques, Ltd. has implemented this Privacy Policy to protect personal information received from its customers, and to respond to any inquiries. The Privacy Policy also provides that Callahan Techniques, Ltd. will use appropriate contractual means to establish a comparable level of protection for personal information which is sent for processing by third parties on Callahan Techniques, Ltd's behalf.

Callahan Techniques, Ltd. has designated responsibility for your personal information to its Compliance Manager, who ensures compliance with the principles in this Privacy Policy. Other individuals may be delegated to act on behalf of the Compliance Manager.

10. Refund Policy

We accept product returns only within 30 days of your purchase. Please note that you are responsible for shipping and handling fees for the return. No COD parcels will be accepted.

We cannot accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery. When your authorized return is received, we will credit the same credit card account with which the original purchase was made. If you paid via PayPal, you will receive credit to your PayPal account. If you paid with check or money order, you will be sent a check in the amount of your refund. We will process your return as soon as possible, but please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. You will receive an email once your return has processed. *Upon receipt of returned goods, we have the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet the company return policy requirements.

Your refund will be in the amount of the original purchase price less shipping and handling fees. Should you decide to return a product after the guarantee period has expired, your refund will be reduced by a substantial restocking fee and any shipping and handling fees.

We reserve the right to cancel a training course at any time, without incurring any additional liability to the Licensor or any delegate. In such circumstances, we will offer alternative dates, a full refund or a credit note.
