Tapping Away The Fear Of Flying.

Posted in Thought Field Therapy on January 19th, 2010 by Roger Callahan – Be the first to comment

We’d like to share a video from the Fly Fearless program in the UK, that uses TFT to overcome the fear of flying.

We’ve had great success with those suffering from this phobia.. including Whoopi Goldberg.

17 participants on the Fly Fearless flight take to the air after their seminar, which included a Thought Field Therapy.

See how they do…

The video was done by Michael Comyn of Fly Fearless in Ireland

Virgin Atlantic also has a fear of flying program in the UK – you can register for the Flying Without Fear here.

ATFT In Rwandan – TFT Making A Difference

Posted in Case Studies on December 24th, 2009 by Roger Callahan – Be the first to comment

Rwandese Rainbow

We have a preliminary report of the progress being made following our ATFT Trauma Relief interventions this August in Byumba, Rwanda. We are attaching the draft that we received from Brother Augustine. The report sent by Brother Augustine, summarizes the reports sent in by each of the thirty-six therapists we trained this August. The therapist’s reports had to be translated from Kinyarwanda to English by Brother Augustine, and this report, attached, contains the responses thus far translated. It is a busy season now in Rwanda and we may get a more complete summary sometime early next year.

It is good to know that the thirty- six therapist the ATFT Team trained have treated 622 people since our departure at the end of August. That is in addition to the 200 plus persons treated by the Rwandan therapists while we were there. It seems that TFT is making a big difference in the lives of the therapist’s, in the lives of those whose lives the therapists touch, and in the larger communities in which they live.

Good work ATFT members! All of you have helped in some really significant way. Thanks especially to team members, Caroline Sakai, Gordon Barrett, Carmen Carrasco, Gary and Cyndie Quinn.

Happy Holidays!

Tapping Into Emotional Freedom from the Effects of Cancer

Cancer Freedom and Hope

Tapping Into Emotional Freedom from the Effects of Cancer: Part I
by Roger J. Callahan, PhD

Roger Callahan is a 23 year survivor of Colon Cancer and Joanne Callahan is a 8 year survivor of “hopeless” Stage IV Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma cancer

History:
One of the current theories on the cause of cancer (Hamer) is that most cancers are caused by severe psychological trauma such as the death of a spouse or loved one. According to Dr. Hamer’s theory, it typically takes about a year before the developing cancer is identified.

My discovery and development of Thought Field Therapy® led to the loss of my successful psychological practice; I was in my mid-fifties at the time. This was due to the fact that I healed my current clients within a few weeks using the new powerful and rapid procedures (Callahan Techniques) I had been developing.

My wife at the time pleaded with me to give up this strange therapy I was doing. However, since I was making revolutionary discoveries in psychology, and I was successfully and rapidly curing my clients, without the need for their suffering during treatment and nothing could deter me from this mission.

My response to this request was a firm NO added by “I will go back to working on a trash truck (as I did in graduate school) before I go back to the ineffective procedures I used before my tapping discoveries.”

I did not go back to the trash truck but my income took a beating and I did have to close my office until I found solutions to my economic problem.

My previous wife left me to marry a very wealthy man. By this time, I was able to help most of my clients who suffered from terrible love pain; but I was not able to help myself. I was a complex case and the procedures I had developed up to that point did not ease my love pain and grief. It was very intense and endured for years until I found further development in my tapping protocols and the important the role of toxins in complex problems. I believe my prolonged love pain and grief was the cause of my cancer.

Whether you agree with Dr. Hamer’s theory of causation or not, anyone who develops cancer is at least severely traumatized by the shocking diagnosis. Typically, TFT is able to quickly eliminate all traces of both traumas; i.e., the originating trauma, if present, from years earlier and the trauma of receiving the diagnosis of cancer.

Tapping away the negative emotions from trauma can reduce stress, and help create a clear and calm presence in the face of this much feared and dreaded disease.

A New Theory:
In subsequent posts I will discuss my “Electric Theory of Cancer” and delve into the many ways that TFT can help improve the quality of life of a person with cancer.

Tap into New Beginnings

Franzi Ng - tapping

In an effort to facilitate healing the emotional wounds of traumas such as abuse, abandonment, addiction and neglect, we propose to train 15 Prince George, BC citizens – key community leaders, elders, youth role models and mentors – in Thought Field Therapy.

Graduates of the trainings will then make themselves available to facilitate healing for their peers in the VLA (Veteran’s Land Act), the poorest neighbourhood of British Columbia. The goal is to empower the residents of the VLA to heal themselves and each other, and by extension their community and beyond.

Inspired by the transformation TFT facilitated in the people of Rwanda and Uganda, we decided to use the same model of community empowerment with the citizens of the VLA (Veteran’s Land Act), one of Canada’s poorest neighborhoods, located in Prince George, British Columbia.

We want to train at least 15 residents – community leaders, elders, youth role models and mentors – in TFT. Graduates of the training will then make themselves available to facilitate healing for their peers.

If our initiative, “Tap into New Beginnings”, receives enough votes, we will have a chance at getting $10,000 to bring this idea to life (sponsored by the AVIVA Community Fund). Anyone with access to a computer and an email address can vote for our idea and thus make it happen.

Please click here to cast your vote DAILY.

The competition ends November 29! The time is already running. Make us your new home page so you can vote daily.

Our vision is for crack houses to make room for tap houses. We believe that providing the people of the VLA with the tools to heal themselves is the best cure for all ailments: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

You can make this happen.

The Living Matrix

The Living Matrix Movie

I just returned from a spectacular live screening of the Living Matrix Movie in Hollywood.

It was a sold out event, with over 600 people filling the Egyptian Theatre.

I found it very exciting to watch and listen to so many forward thinking minds on the new science of healing, and, see that TFT is recognized as part of that new science, and was included in the Living Matrix Movie.

The director and producer, Greg and Susan Becker, along with the Executive Producer, Harry Massey were all there and it was a pleasure to meet with them.

We also had the opportunity to speak with the panel and hear their views for the future of healing and science and hear some amazing stories.

Lynne McTaggert, Eric Pearl, Marilyn Schlitz, Peter Fraser, and Deborah Rozman, all participants in the Living Matrix film, were all present and spoke on the panel.

I had a wonderful conversation with Lynne and thanked her for her hearty endorsement of TFT and our Trauma Relief work.

If you don’t have a copy of the Living Matrix yet, be sure and get one. It is excellent, gives support for and of TFT along with many other cutting edge healing modalities.

Click this link to get your copy…

I believe the next screening will be in San Francisco. If you are in that area be sure and attend.

Thought Field Therapy Helping Survivors of Genocide

Posted in Trauma Relief on August 28th, 2009 by Roger Callahan – Be the first to comment

project-rwanda ATFT

Izere Center in Nyinawimana Parish, Byumba Diocese in Rwanda

Thought Field Therapy (TFT) was the answer to a mother who sought help for her son recently.

Her boy was unable to attend school because he had intense rages, threw and destroyed things, and went into tantrums and tirades.  He was physically robust, and his petite mother appeared overwhelmed and exhausted with his supervision and care.

These rages were triggered whenever he didn’t want to do something, or didn’t like something, or when he did not get his way.

The treatment algorithms for oppositionality (psychological reversal), anger, rage and trauma were demonstrated to the child and mother.

The child was not initially cooperative, but tolerated being tapped by mother after psychological reversal was treated.  Then mother was warned that a thought field that would induce the rage might be created right then and there, to check the effectiveness of this treatment.  Mother seemed apprehensive, and she, the Rwandan therapist and ATFT team support therapist first moved out of the immediate range of his kicking and hitting.  Mother was asked to instruct the young boy to give the water bottle he was playing with to his mother, so he could do the tapping sequences.  He started going into a tantrum, and the reversal was done by the Rwandan therapist and his mother.

Much to both their surprise, the boy’s tantrum abruptly stopped, he gave the bottle to his mother as requested, and he started tapping himself.  He calmed down and tapped on all the meridian points himself.  He was not grunting, whining, yelling, kicking, throwing things, or hitting—but smiling, and wanting to repeat the treatment.

Mother worked with TFT with the same algorithm for her own frustration, and reported feeling the calming response herself and the remitting of her own intense emotions.  She made an appointment for a TFT follow-up visit for herself, and for help with parenting support at the Izere Center.

TFT Beats The Fear Of Flying

Washington DC Trip, 06/09

I’d like to send a thank-you to you and to Roger for the great work  you both do and for Tapping the Healer Within.

Since I had my kids I’ve not been the best flyer, but on a recent trip to Canada (a long haul – 6 flights in one  week!) I used TFT algorithms to conquer my fears and to avoid jet lag.

I’m so pleased to say I enjoyed each and every flight and was able to admire  the Rockies from my window seat! (I simply wouldn’t have sat there before).

On arrival and on my return I was completely free of jet lag.

I’ve been telling everyone about it since – tweeting  too!

Best to you,
Katie

Stress and Trauma Relief on the Front Lines with TFT

Posted in Case Studies on June 28th, 2009 by Roger Callahan – Be the first to comment

We just received a report from a TFT practitioner on the front lines that they are having amazing successes with TFT and helping with stress reduction with the troops.

He requested 500 wallet sized trauma relief cards and other easily transported support materials.  Dr. Roger and Joanne Callahan sent them out immediately, so pleased to be able to support our troops with these simple self-help procedures.  He requested materials that he could use for rapid treatments and self help tools for our troops serving in harms way. Will keep everyone updated…. Caroline Sakai, PhD, TFTdx, VT

TFT For Healing Of Our Pets?

Posted in Case Studies on June 10th, 2009 by Roger Callahan – 1 Comment

Pets and TFT - EFT GaryI was visiting a friend a couple weeks ago and she was explaining how her 7-month-old puppy, Ave, had been having diarrhea off and on for a while, and consistently for the last 3 days. She was even waking my friend a couple times a night to be let out so she could relieve herself. Her appetite was not good for days at a time and hadn’t eaten much at all the last couple days. The puppy was also scratching herself a lot.

Needless to say, my friend was very concerned.

So we decided to experiment with using TFT on Ave. I found a massive reversal at the outset and discovered her collar was toxic. We took the collar off and corrected the reversal, my friend acting as surrogate.

Being a chiropractor with excellent knowledge of the body who also practices TFT, she suggested a few things to test, which first led to the discovery that Ave was being weakened by bacteria. At this point the puppy got up to vomit some undigested food, after which we used the 7-second tx for the bacteria.

The next area that tested weak was Ave’s kidneys, which we treated with a tapping sequence. And finally, we did a tapping sequence for her stomach. Ave immediately stood up, walked to her bowl and ate everything in it!

The next morning Ave’s stool was normal. My friend continued to test her puppy and did the 7-second tx for bacteria one more time two days later.

We’re happy to report that Ave has been consistently better ever since the treatment, including a significant decrease in the itching. How fun to be able to use TFT to bring such immediate relief to a pet!

Thank you, Dr. Callahan!

Cancer, Stress, Trauma and Emotional Health

Posted in Thought Field Therapy on May 25th, 2009 by Roger Callahan – Be the first to comment

stress-cancer-trauma - TFT

Last week we did an introductory level tele-class, Though Field Therapy, Stress, Trauma and Cancer, where we outlined some of the many ways TFT can help people who have cancer. The recording is available to listen to here.

If you tuned into this meeting, you will recall how we found that our treatment for trauma can be of great help in two major ways. It was Dr. Ryke Geerd Hamer, a German oncologist, who developed cancer after he suddenly lost his son in an automobile accident. Although many professionals attribute the origin of numerous problems to past traumas, Dr. Hamer, I believe, is quite correct in this theory that such a trauma can start and nurture the beginning of cancer due to the amount of stress that can suddenly and unexpectedly submerge a person. This theory is further supported in a book by Lothar Herneise. (Herneise, Lothar 2005 Chemotherapy heals cancer and the world is flat. Sensei Verlag Kernen/Germany).

Fortunately, I discovered and know exactly how to reduce and even eliminate every trace of such horrible intense stress.

Our recent teleclass on Tapping the Healer Within, tells us the many, many ways stress negatively effects our well being and emotional health. (By the way, I am aware that the usual method of reducing stress is a combination of breathing deeply and progressively relaxing the tension in the muscles. I found this method to be possible, but not reliable, for it is too difficult to do to the degree to which it is needed to help a human.)

I have found that the trauma treatments I developed can eliminate not only a trauma that may have been causal in the development of a disease but also on the now current trauma of being diagnosed with cancer.

I personally know the importance of successfully treating and eliminating the trauma from a diagnosis of cancer. I have had that diagnosis and so has my wife. We are both cancer free and regularly address the stress and trauma in our lives, in order to prevent it’s return.

Listen in on our teleseminar recording to find out more.

Dr. Callahan, TFT’s Founder and Developer, and Joanne Callahan, MBA, share 16 ways to help cancer patients. Both Dr. Callahan and Joanne are cancer survivors, familiar with the traumas, fears and challenges of someone suffering from cancer.  You can find out more about this one-hour teleclass on Cancer and Thought Field Therapy® here.
