Accomplish Your New Year’s Resolutions

January is the month most people commit to an improvement of some kind. We all strive to become healthier, wealthier, and happier and propose ways we are going to accomplish these improvements.

Thought Field Therapy® (TFT) is a wonderful self-help tool to support your New Year’s resolutions and can assist your efforts.  The three lines of attack on keeping your resolutions:

  1. Are your resolutions reasonable
  2. Do you have self-sabotage or blocks to your success
  3. How to eliminate addictive or contradictory behaviors

Most of our desired improvements include one or more of the following:

  • Eat properly
  • Lose weight
  • No Junk Food
  • Exercise regularly
  • Quit Smoking
  • Quit Drinking
  • Spend more time with family
  • Read and relax more
  • Earn more money
  • Get a better job
  • And on and on…

Unfortunately, in spite of all our good intentions, most people give up on achieving their new goals by mid to late January.   They attempt to make the needed changes in their behavior and their lives without any support tools.  However, if you have a tool or two to fall back on when the going gets tough, you have a much better chance of sticking to your resolutions and intentions.

Self-sabotage (psychological reversal), cravings, anger and frustration, depression or anxiety and stress all tend to get in the way of achieving a permanent change in our behavior.  Why not arm yourself with the tools to meet and eliminate those difficult areas as they occur.

Some excellent self-help tools you could use to support your efforts are:

Tapping the Healer Within – Using Thought Field Therapy to Instantly Conquer Your Fears, Anxieties, and Emotional Distress.Ò (TFT) has already changed the way thousands of people have overcome emotional problems. Now the founder of TFT shows readers how to harness its healing poser on their own, to overcome phobias, anxieties, addictions, and other common psychological problems. The process combines principles of Western and Eastern healing methods, using energy points in the body to release emotional distress.

The first book on “TFT” by its founder Thought Field Therapy
